Our Specification

The Isabgol husk shall consist of dry seed coats of the seeds of Plantago ovata Forsk. (Fam. Plantaginaceae) meant for human consumption which is obtained by crushing the seeds and separating the husks by winnowing. A large quantity of isabgol husk, also known as psyllium husk.

As directed by physician. 5-10g twice a day with a glass of water, milk and fruit juice or as directed by physician.
