Take 5-10 g kwath powder in 400ml water and boil it till 100ml mixture left,then filter it and let it cool.rink this empty stomachin morning1/2-1 hour before breakfast and repeat this method in evening and drink it 1/2-1 hour before meal or as directed by physician.
