Nagarjuna Anu Thailam is a polyherbal Ayurvedic oil primarily used for nasal administration (Nasyam) to support the health of the head, neck, and sense organs (ears, eyes, nose, throat). It is formulated with a blend of potent herbs and goat's milk in a sesame oil base. Key Benefits & Uses Nasal & Sinus Health: Helps clear nasal passages, relieve sinus congestion, and treat conditions like sinusitis and allergic rhinitis. Head & Neck Relief: Used to alleviate headaches, migraines, eye pain, and neck stiffness. Sense Organ Support: Nourishes and strengthens the five sense organs, potentially improving eyesight, sense of smell, and voice quality. Hair Health: May assist in addressing hair fall and premature greying of hair. Overall Wellness: Believed to balance the doshas (energies) in the upper body, support respiratory health, and enhance mental clarity.

The formulation includes a wide range of herbs processed in sesame oil and goat milk. Key ingredients include: Mulethi (Glycyrrhiza glabra) Sandalwood (Santalum album) Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) Bael (Aegle marmelos) Vetiver (Vetiveria zizanioides) How to Use Anu Thailam is typically administered as nasal drops (Nasyam). Lie down with your head slightly tilted back (a cushion under the neck can help). Instill 1-2 drops into each nostril, or as directed by an Ayurvedic practitioner. Inhale gently so the oil can reach the nasal passages. It is recommended to use it after brushing your teeth in the morning, and to avoid blowing your nose forcefully immediately after application. Side Effects and Precautions Nagarjuna Anu Thailam is generally considered safe when used as directed. Some individuals may experience a mild, temporary stinging or burning sensation in the nasal passages. This is considered normal. People with a history of allergies should use it with caution. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those using it for children, should consult a doctor first. Never use a Neti pot or saline irrigation on the same day as using Anu Thailam, as this can cause a burning sensation. It is always advisable to consult a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner for the correct dosage and guidance based on your specific health condition.
