Our Specification

MPIL Kankayan Vati (Gulm) is an Ayurvedic herbal tablet used primarily for managing abdominal lumps or swellings (known as gulma roga in Ayurveda), piles, and various digestive issues like constipation, bloating, and intestinal worms. Key Benefits and Uses Digestive Health: It acts as a gastric stimulant, carminative (reduces gas), and laxative to improve appetite, digestion, and bowel function. Piles (Hemorrhoids): It is effective for non-bleeding piles by reducing the size of the mass and relieving associated discomfort and itching. Abdominal Issues: It aids in relief from abdominal lumps, bloating, dyspepsia, and intestinal worms.

The formulation combines various potent herbs: Haritaki (Terminalia Chebula) Shunthi (Ginger) Marich (Black Pepper) Pippali (Long Pepper) Chitrak (Plumbago Zeylanica) Shuddha Bhallataka (Semecarpus Anacardium) Hing (Asafoetida) Dosage and Precautions Dosage: Typically, 1 to 2 tablets are taken twice daily after meals with warm water, milk, or ghee, or as directed by an Ayurvedic physician. Medical Supervision: It is a potent medicine and should be taken under medical supervision only. Caution for Bleeding Piles: Due to the "hot" potency of ingredients like Shuddha Bhallataka, this specific "Gulm" formulation is generally not recommended for cases of active bleeding piles, as it may worsen symptoms. A different formulation called Kankayan Vati (Arsh) is typically used for bleeding piles.
