Baidyanath HaridraKhand Brihat is a very famous and highly effective Ayurvedic medicine for allergies. It is in granule form. Its main ingredient is Haridra turmeric. It is used widely in the management of allergic skin diseases, and itching skin diseases. Haldi churn (Curcuma longa), Nishoth(Opercula turpethum)Rt, Haritaki churn (Terminalia chebula), Nagarmoth (Cyprus rotundus), Ajwain, Ajmoda, Chitrakmool (Plumbago zeylanicum), Jeera (Cuminum cyminum) Fr, Kutki, Pippali (Piper logum), Sonth (Zingiber officinale), Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia) Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) Fr, Baheda (Terminalia belerica), Amla (Embelica Officinalis) Fr, Chavya (Piper chava), Dhaniya (Coriandum sativum) Fr, Lauh bhasma, Abhrak bhasma This is indicated in cases of scabies eczema, dropsy, allergy and pitta disorders.
